Overview
This website is operated by Winston's TCG Hub ("we", "us", "our") in United States. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products And Listings
We sell collectible trading cards and related products. Each single is photographed front and back, and the photos show the actual card you will receive. Condition labels (for example Near Mint or Lightly Played) are our honest assessment; please review the photos before buying. We try to keep every listing accurate, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, colors on your screen, or other content are error free.
Pricing And Availability
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time without notice. Cards are sold one of a kind or in limited quantity, and the same card may also be listed on other marketplaces. If a card sells out elsewhere before your order is processed, or a listing contains a clear pricing error, we may cancel that item and refund you in full.
Orders And Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that show signs of fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. Payments are processed securely through Shopify; we do not store your full card details.
Shipping And Returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
Trademarks
Card names, artwork and game logos belong to their respective owners, including Bandai, The Pokémon Company, Konami, Wizards of the Coast, Disney, and Ravensburger. Winston's TCG Hub is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including changes in a card's market value.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and the United States.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its last updated date, is the one that applies.
