Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.
HOW WE SHIP
Every card is carefully protected for transit. Singles are shipped doubled sleeved in an inner sleeve and outer sleeve, secured in a Card Saver, and sent in a bubble mailer or box. Higher-value and multi-card orders may receive additional protection as needed.
SHIPPING RATES
Orders of $50 or more ship free.
Orders under $50 ship via USPS Ground Advantage at the rate shown at checkout.
Orders under $20 can also choose Envelope (No Tracking) for $2. Envelope orders do not include tracking.
All applicable shipping rates are calculated and displayed in your cart before you complete your purchase.
TRACKING
Orders shipped with USPS Ground Advantage include tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your order through delivery. Envelope (No Tracking) orders do not have a tracking number.
DELIVERY TIME
USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2-5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking information has not updated or your order has not arrived within a reasonable delivery window, please contact us at support@winstonstcghub.com. We'll help investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet shipped.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
